meat, red onion, cilantro comes standard, supreme is also offered with extras.
The steak was tender and delicious, the meat was the highlight and is some of the best carne asada I’ve had.

Single corn tortilla, served warm, held up very well, not dry, corn flavor was not overpowering, tortilla was good as a delivery mechanism but didn’t add much to the overall taco.

Salsa
Verde was almost flavorless and offered very little. Roja was a perfect level of spice, but flavors were lackluster. Get roja.
